🔄 Returns: The "Something Went Wrong" Policy

Look, we want you to love your FurryVibes gear as much as your pet loves a fresh bag of treats. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right—that's on us.

The Bark & Bite of it:

Damaged or Defective? If the print is wonky or the shirt has a hole, we'll send a replacement or a full refund, no questions asked.

The Timeline: You have 30 days from the delivery date to let us know if there's an issue.

The Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed (and hopefully not covered in pet hair yet!).

How to Fix It: Email us at support@furryvibes.co. We are actual humans (and a few office dogs) who respond to every message.

A Note on Sizing: Because each item is custom-printed just for you when you order it, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for "change of heart" or sizing errors. Please check our Size Chart twice to ensure the perfect fit!

International Returns

We ship worldwide, but here's what you need to know about international returns:

Damaged or Defective International Orders:

  • We'll absolutely make it right with a replacement or full refund
  • Same 30-day timeline applies
  • Email us at support@furryvibes.co with photos of the issue

The International Catch:

  • Return shipping from outside the USA can be expensive (sometimes more than the shirt!)
  • For defective items, we'll work with you to find the best solution (replacement, refund, or partial refund)
  • We recommend taking clear photos of any damage before deciding to ship back

Customs & Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country
  • These fees are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be refunded
  • We have no control over customs charges (they're set by your local customs office)

Bottom Line: We want international customers to be just as happy as our USA pack. If something's wrong, reach out and we'll find a solution that works! 🌍🐾
